The multifunction pastry robot from the Kitchen Move brand allows you to make a lot of recipes. 🍽️ Today Red Deco shares the 5 essential recipes to treat you and your guests! To start, here is recipe number 1 which is obviously the brioche:
Recipe n ° 1: The brioche 🍞 , the essential for a successful breakfast!
For this recipe you will need:
- 250g of flour
- 12g yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50g of sugar
- 5 cl of milk 🥛
- 2 eggs 🥚
- 50g melted butter
- 1 egg yolk to glaze
In terms of utensils, you will need:
First, all ingredients should be at room temperature (22-25°C). Second, put all the ingredients in the food processor bowl fitted with the kneading attachment: flour, salt, sugar, yeast, whole eggs, milk and butter. Then blend for 30 seconds. To finish, brush the brioche with the egg yolk and bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 30 minutes.

Recipe n°2: Pastry cream 🍶 , gourmet and creamy!
For this recipe you will need:
- 20g flour
- ½ liter of milk at room temperature 🥛
- 100g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks 🥚
- 25g starch
- A vanilla pod
In terms of utensils, you will need:
To start, boil the milk in a saucepan over low heat with the vanilla pod split in half lengthwise.
Then, blanch the eggs and the sugar in the food processor for 2 minutes, at speed 2 and with the flexible beater so that the mixture has a pale yellow color and a creamy texture. Once this result is obtained, you can immediately add the flour and starch that you have previously combined by reducing the power of the robot to minimum speed.
To finish, pour the milk in a trickle off the heat before returning the cream to cook over low heat in the saucepan. Never stop stirring, the eggs must not be overcooked.

Recipe n°3: Chocolate mousse 🍫 , the essential dessert!
For this recipe you will need:
- 6 eggs 🥚
- 200g of dark chocolate 🍫
- 40g caster sugar
In terms of utensils, you will need:
First, break the chocolate into small pieces. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Once the chocolate has melted, set it aside.
Next, separate the egg yolks from the whites. Pour the whites into the bowl of the robot. Install the whip. Set the speed variator to 1. Whisk the egg whites for 1 min. Gradually increase the speed and add the sugar little by little. Stop beating when the egg whites are stiff.
Finally, add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate and mix with a wooden spoon. Gently fold in the egg whites and divide the preparation into individual cups and place them in the fridge for at least two hours.

Recipe n°4: Cookies 🍪 , an absolute delight!
For this recipe you will need:
- 240g of chocolate chips 🍫
- 240g flour
- 200g caster sugar
- 150g soft butter
- 1 egg 🥚
- 1 C. c. vanilla extract or liquid vanilla
- 1 C. c. baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt 🧂
In terms of utensils, you will need:
- Kitchen move pastry robot
- Baking paper
- Kitchen Move multifunction oven
- Hob
First, start by preheating your oven to 170°C. In the food processor, fitted with a kneading knife, put the soft butter, sugar, vanilla extract, beaten egg then the dry ingredients, flour, salt, baking powder then the chocolate chips. Launch the robot at speed 6, for 2 minutes.
Then, form balls the size of a walnut, arrange them on a plate covered with parchment paper, spacing them evenly.
Finally, bake for 14 minutes!
Namely that the cookies should be barely golden and tender at the end of cooking.

Recipe #5: Homemade mayonnaise 🍳 , the best recipe!
For this recipe you will need:
- 2 egg yolks 🥚
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 300 ml neutral rapeseed or sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar
- Salt, cayenne pepper 🧂
In terms of utensils, you will need:
To start, in the bowl of the food processor fitted with the whisk, put the 2 egg yolks with the 2 teaspoons of mustard and mix at speed 1.
Once mixed, pour the oil in small quantities very slowly while whisking. Until the mixture binds. When you feel the mayonnaise getting firmer and firmer, you can pour in the oil faster.
To finish, add salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice. As soon as the mayonnaise sticks to the whisk, stop whisking.
