  • Bayonet pressure cooker. Bowl and lid in 18/10 stainless steel. All heat sources including induction. Dishwasher safe. Clamp handle and bakelite side handles (high temperature resistant). Useful pressure: 55-80 Kpa
  • Interior satin finish. Mirror polished exterior finish.
  • Safety valve and regulating valve. Capsule base: 3.3 mm aluminum + 0.5 mm stainless steel thermo diffuser.
  • 1.2 mm stainless steel body and lid. Silicone seal. Included: 1 Stainless steel cooking basket and support. This stainless steel pressure cooker is equipped with two safety systems with two valves.
  • This pressure cooker has an extrusion window which, in the event of failure of the two other safety systems, releases the pressure at the level of the window because the gasket which seals is less robust than stainless steel. The closing and operating principle of this pressure cooker is as follows: the lid closes on the tank by 1/4 turn. During heating, a safety system prevents the lid from being opened.
