- Classic STAINLESS STEEL pressure cooker with STRIP. Interior satin finish. Mirror polished exterior finish. Capsule bottom: 3.3mm aluminum + 0.5mm stainless steel. 1.2mm stainless steel body and cover. Useful pressure: 55-80 Kpa. Ideal for large families
- High temperature resistant ergonomic bakelite handles. Silicone seal.

- The principle of operation is as follows: on the tank two mumps are riveted. A stirrup allows the cover to be lowered using an endless screw. The system is secured by a safety valve. The whistle or rotary valve regulates the internal pressure to approximately 0.7 bar.
