- High temperature resistant ergonomic bakelite handles. Silicone seal.
- Included: 1 Stainless steel cooking basket and support
- All heat sources including induction. Dishwasher safe
- The principle of operation is as follows: on the tank two mumps are riveted. A stirrup allows the cover to be lowered using an endless screw. The system is secured by a safety valve. The whistle or rotary valve regulates the internal pressure to approximately 0.7 bar.
